The following are the instructions and submission date of the abstracts:

Instructions for preparation of abstracts

1. Abstract must be submitted in English, typewritten in font size 11 point, Arial.
   
2. TITLE must be brief, concise and in CAPITALS
   
3. MAIN AUTHOR and CO-AUTHORS :
   Type in the names as you want them to appear in the programme book.
   
4. Please underline the PRESENTING AUTHOR's name.
   
5. Text of the abstract must not exceed 250 words and be typed single-spaced.
   
6. The abstract should contain the following:
   - Objectives
   - Methods
   - Result
   - Conclusion of the study
   
7. Please state whether the abstract is being submitted as Poster or Free Paper.
